Elves At Work believes that the world will be a better place if you exercise your creativity!

Do you believe that?
Do you believe that the world will be a better place if you exercise your creativity?

The ancient Greeks and Romans believed in the idea of a daemon of creativity who lived in the walls of your home (a house elf) and who sometimes aided you in your life. The Romans thought that this elf was the conduit of your inspiration. They believed that anyone who was exceptionally gifted, especially creatively, was being helped by this elf.

Think back to when you were a child. How easy it was for you to be creative. You got your hands on some paper, paint or whatever and you were creating things. Whatever you could imagine, you would create. You where filled with wonder, excitement and even believed in mystical beings, like fairies and dragons.
Your elf was hard at work with you and you loved it.

But somewhere along the line, life happened. You started Adulting.
You started focusing on studying hard, working hard, being responsible. You forgot that you were creative once and lost a piece of yours”elf” in the process.

Your elf is however, still there. It never left. It might be forgotten but it’s still alive. It’s always been there, in the background, waiting.

And then one day, not too long ago, something happened. Something inside you started stirring. You started feeling the presence of your elf again. It started to whisper to you and you wanted to find it again.
So, you started looking.
You started looking for a way to connect with your elf again.
You didn’t know exactly how, where or what you were going to do. But you knew you had to.

You are not alone in this quest. Millions, possibly even billions, of people share this yearning to get back to thems”elves” again.
